"That the powerful play goes on,
and you may contribute a verse"
Walt Whitman, O Me! O Life!
What's your story?
Let us hear your voice.
We publish anything creative & artistic, as long as it is made with love & passion.
We welcome both budding and experienced artists—yes, as long as you create art, you're an artist! We are interested in anyone who has something urgent and meaningful to say.
We are looking for deeply experimental, evocative, and personal pieces. Send us works that come from your deepest sorrows or your most ecstatic joy, born from necessity and conviction because to stay silent is to bring desolation to your soul. Let us experience what it's like to be you, let us step into your body and your world, now a weather, one we soak in and make our own—after all, isn't that the purpose of art?

For Singaporean students currently in Secondary level or below

For everyone from anywhere in the world

Submission Guidelines
Fiction
Fiction's strength lies in how the imaginary sheds light on reality. We’re looking for stories that take us on a journey for truth—those unsayable experiences that are no one else’s but your own. Write from the heart, create with conviction and imagine, fiercely.
Poetry
Send us your poems that are inspired by the truest human experiences. It could be a lyric poem about the love/hate relationship with your family, a sonnet for the lover you can’t get over, or even a jolly ode to your favorite cereal brand. We look forward to receiving words that are woven with truth & courage, in the fluid form of poetry; that celebrate the endless potential of language to elucidate, challenge, connect.
Creative non-fiction
We’re looking for creative non-fiction that captures truth with literary finesse—true stories told with the imaginative flair of fiction, the elegance of poetry, and the introspection of a memoir. Whether it's an essay on starfish, an exploration of a cherished memory, or philosophical musings on the nature of love, we value work that renders the world with sincerity. Life is equal parts tragically perplexing and sublimely beautiful, we’d love to hear how you make sense of it all through your writing.
Non-fiction essays
Submit a non-fiction essay that challenges a commonly held belief or conventional view in society. Essays should present a well-substantiated argument, using examples or research to offer a fresh perspective. Possible topics are wide-ranging—including local and global current affairs, emerging trends, or commentary on societal issues.
Ink & Canvas
Send us your artworks (2D, 3D, digital) that demonstrate the technical prowess of your selected medium combined with a compelling concept or story you’d like to tell. We are looking for works that break the boundaries of the human imagination, revealing creative ways in which you interpret the world and how your hand translates it onto the canvas!
Multimedia
We are seeking exceptional multimedia works that harness the unique elements of your medium to tell stories that compel. Whether by use of innovative cinematography, imaginative animation, dynamic sound design, or thought-provoking storytelling, we want to see projects that push the boundaries. We are particularly drawn to works that experiment with editing, lighting, composition, and more to create distinct narratives or spectacles that stand out. Let us see the world through your lens and let us understand how you experience this extraordinary world we live in.
